We are seeking a reliable and proactive Office Boy to maintain the office's cleanliness, organization, and overall environment. The ideal candidate will assist with day -to -day tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office and support administrative staff as needed.

Key Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/p>
Courier & Mail Handling:<\/b>
<\/li>Handle the delivery and collection of mail, documents, and packages.
<\/li>Distribute incoming mail and packages to appropriate departments.
<\/li>Supporting Administrative Staff:<\/b>
<\/li>Assist with setting up meeting rooms and ensuring that necessary materials (e.g., water, refreshments, stationery) are available.
<\/li>Help with photocopying, filing, and organizing office documents as needed.
<\/li>Running Errands:<\/b>
<\/li>Run errands such as purchasing office supplies, groceries, or other essentials required for the office.
<\/li>General Support:<\/b>
<\/li>Assist with setting up for events or meetings within the office.
<\/li>Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor or office manager.
<\/li><\/ul>Requirements:<\/b>
<\/p>
Proven experience as an office boy or in a similar support role is preferred.
<\/li>Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, fax machines, etc.).
<\/li>Strong organizational and time -management skills.
<\/li>Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
<\/li>A proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail.
<\/li>Good communication and interpersonal skills.
<\/li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
<\/li>Physical stamina to perform cleaning and maintenance duties.
<\/li><\/ul>Education & Experience:<\/b>
<\/p>
High school diploma or equivalent.
<\/li>Previous experience in an office or similar environment is a plus.
