Pay: $20-$25/hour, depending on experience

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join a high-standard household team as a Housekeeper/Assistant. This role is key to maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall flow of several private residences. Working closely with the Household Manager, you'll receive training in all aspects of interior household maintenance and support.
This is a hands-on, dynamic position offering variety, stability, and room for growth.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain homes in pristine condition through detailed cleaning

Handle laundry: washing, folding, ironing, and organizing clothing and linens

Assist with errands including shopping, dry cleaning, and more

Support light maintenance tasks such as changing lightbulbs and helping with luggage

Follow established household protocols and procedures

Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times

Collaborate with the Household Manager and be adaptable to changing priorities
Schedule Overview

Regular workdays: Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Rotating days off: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

Summer: Up to 6 days per week, 1 day off

Fall/Winter: Increased flexibility, up to 3-4 days off per week
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Willingness to learn and grow in the role

Ability to take direction and work well within a team

Strong attention to detail and service-oriented mindset

Able to lift up to 20 lbs and work extended hours during summer

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

Previous housekeeping experience is a plus, but not required
