Pay: $10.35 per hour + tips
Position Summary
We are looking for friendly, attentive, and service-oriented Servers to create an exceptional dining experience for our guests. As a Server, you will be the primary point of contact at the table, guiding guests through the menu, explaining dishes, and ensuring top-notch service. You'll work closely with the team to maintain high standards of hospitality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Before Your Shift:
Ensure all chairs are clean and neatly positioned.
Stock and polish silverware, glassware, and place settings.
Clean and polish tabletops and bases.
Organize your station and ensure it is fully stocked.
Verify that all receipt printers have backup paper.
Ensure tables are properly set with candles and any necessary items.
Vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness.
During Service:
Greet guests warmly and guide them through their dining experience.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate with the kitchen and bar staff.
Deliver food and drinks promptly and professionally.
Check on guests to ensure satisfaction and anticipate their needs.
Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and specials.
Closing Your Section:
Clean and reset tables, ensuring all surfaces are spotless.
Organize and stock menus neatly.
Clean trays and server stations.
Mop floors and remove any water or melted ice.
Clean and store place mats and remove candles from tables.
Follow all company policies and procedures as outlined in the handbook.
Physical Requirements
This role requires:
Standing and walking for extended periods.
Repetitive hand movements, such as carrying trays and handling tableware.
Lifting up to 50 lbs as needed.
Clear and effective communication with guests and team members.
The ability to stay active and engaged in a fast-paced environment.
Tools & Equipment Used
Basic computer skills for order entry and payment processing.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Work Environment
Fast-paced, team-oriented atmosphere.
Requires flexibility and adaptability during peak hours.
Evening, weekend, and holiday availability may be required.
