Description - Consolidate project handover documentation to ensure all necessary client documents are accurate, accessible, and complete.
- Support logistics management by coordinating the delivery schedules, tracking shipments, and liaising with suppliers for project materials and equipment.
- Collate necessary certificates and compliance documents, ensuring alignment with project and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and manage Bills of Materials (BOM) to ensure all required materials are identified, sourced, and available for project milestones.
- Review and verify system design specifications and requirements for each project phase.
- Track and report on project deliverables, timelines, and resource needs to keep projects on schedule.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to provide status updates and address any project-related inquiries.
- Assist in quality control checks by reviewing project documentation, materials, and resources for accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with team members to identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring efficient project execution.
- Support the team in managing and updating project management systems and tools, helping maintain clear records and efficient workflow.
- Maintain organized records of project documentation, including design schematics, test reports, and equipment manuals.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of project progress reports and any required documentation for meetings.
- Perform additional project-specific tasks as they arise to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in project coordination, preferably within the renewable energy or sustainable technology sectors.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Familiarity with project logistics and material preparation processes; understanding of renewable energy components is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project) and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar).
- Excellent attention to detail, especially in document consolidation and recordkeeping.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with suppliers, team members, and clients.
- Ability to adapt to changing project needs and to perform tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
