Description

Consolidate project handover documentation to ensure all necessary client documents are accurate, accessible, and complete.
Support logistics management by coordinating the delivery schedules, tracking shipments, and liaising with suppliers for project materials and equipment.
Collate necessary certificates and compliance documents, ensuring alignment with project and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and manage Bills of Materials (BOM) to ensure all required materials are identified, sourced, and available for project milestones.
Review and verify system design specifications and requirements for each project phase.
Track and report on project deliverables, timelines, and resource needs to keep projects on schedule.
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to provide status updates and address any project-related inquiries.
Assist in quality control checks by reviewing project documentation, materials, and resources for accuracy and compliance.
Coordinate with team members to identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring efficient project execution.
Support the team in managing and updating project management systems and tools, helping maintain clear records and efficient workflow.
Maintain organized records of project documentation, including design schematics, test reports, and equipment manuals.
Assist with the preparation and distribution of project progress reports and any required documentation for meetings.
Perform additional project-specific tasks as they arise to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in project coordination, preferably within the renewable energy or sustainable technology sectors.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Familiarity with project logistics and material preparation processes; understanding of renewable energy components is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project) and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar).
Excellent attention to detail, especially in document consolidation and recordkeeping.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with suppliers, team members, and clients.
Ability to adapt to changing project needs and to perform tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
