Job Description: PF Environment

· Closely work for conducting public hearing for the new and expansion projects as per the guidelines

· Responsible for collecting, maintaining, and reporting the unit sustainability data related with Environment. Filling up SAQ’s and prepare plan to filling the gaps if any

· Filling the renewal application for consent from SPCBs

· Collect and maintain the monthly data for various compliance and environment reports, audit reports.

· Prepare compliance reports, Environment Statement etc.

· Planning for monitoring of environmental parameters for Plant, CPP, Mines, Jetty, Desalination Plant with respect to statutory requirement.

· Inform any deviation from permissible limits.

· Checking the working of Continuous Emission Monitoring System (CEMS) in close coordination with Instrument.

· Filling the quarterly compliance protocol w.r.t CEMS protocol. Inform any deviation. Update working or not working of stacks at RTDMS server.

· Assist SH Environment for Ensuring compliance during Environment Audits, during GPCB/ CPCB / MoEF visits. Prepare compliance report against the deviations.

· Collect and maintain data for environment Audit. Co-ordinate with monitoring team during the site visit.

· Update the compliance manager.

· Assist SH environment for preparing the Environment Budgets.

· Responsible for billing, preparing service entry sheet against the monitoring work and maintaining the data for environment expenditure.

· Preparing & Maintain EMS related documents.

· Assist during audits.

· Involve in WCM activities in Environment Function.

· Communication with various department for performing task related with environment (Mine, CPP, Mechanical. E&I, HR departments etc.)

· Co-ordination with consultant, SPCBs regional office during their visit, report preparation and submission of report.
