The ideal candidate will have a relentless work ethic, positive mental attitude, strong critical thinking skills and will be highly ambitious. Optimally, in line with the company’s growth goals, the candidate will matriculate into Senior Solar Leader in less than 12 months and earn 3x their starting income.
