We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in the solar industry to oversee solar installations from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires close collaboration with sales, engineering, and installation teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to project development in collaboration with sales and engineering teams.
- Plan and manage project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Maintain and update the project management system with accurate project details.
- Coordinate and oversee installation teams, including internal staff and subcontractors.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any arising issues.
- Keep clients informed about project developments and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage project documentation, reporting, and post-installation evaluations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management within the solar or renewable energy sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of solar energy systems and installation processes.
- Excellent leadership and team coordination skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication skills for both internal and client-facing interactions.
- Valid driverβs license.
