About the role
We are seeking expressions of interest for a Community & Engagement Officer to play a key role in delivering our internal and external engagement strategy. Reporting to the Senior Community Engagement and Communications Manager, you will contribute to, execute, and evaluate communication and engagement initiatives while also supporting event management, project coordination, and administrative activities.

What you’ll do
- Develop and manage content across multiple formats, including social media posts, web copy, blogs, reports, brochures, factsheets, eDMs, and promotional materials.
- Organise and execute engagement and communications campaigns within project regions.
- Source quotes and coordinate the delivery of printed and promotional materials.
- Manage and moderate Tetris Energy’s websites, social media, and digital platforms.
- Track, measure, and analyse the effectiveness of engagement activities using media and analytics tools.
- Assist in planning and delivering community and stakeholder engagement events.
Your experience
- Strong background in stakeholder/community engagement and communications.
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as social media, design software, and website platforms (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, Squarespace, WIX).
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with strong editing, proofreading, and formatting abilities.
- Ability to translate complex information into clear and engaging content.
- Strong IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Experience in event planning and coordination, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work flexibly, and contribute effectively within a dispersed team.
