We are looking for someone who is entrepreneurial, data focused, and hands on across all areas of the marketing function. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our digital marketing channels, including paid search, social media, and display advertising.
You will develop growth strategies, forecast and report on campaign performance, and work closely with the leadership team to align growth efforts with broader company objectives.

If you’re an experienced digital marketing professional with at least 4 years of experience in user acquisition and growth marketing.
A Data-Driven Marketer with expertise in ROI-driven direct response marketing strategies, including paid search, paid social, display, re-targeting, affiliate marketing, CRO, and SEO, are highly sought after.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Funnel Ownership: Build, own and be accountable for the entire marketing funnel (from awareness to conversion) to prevent and reduce customer churn
Develop and optimize landing pages, websites, copy, layouts, and funnels.
Find opportunities to to rapidly grow customer acquisition
ROI-Driven Marketing: Build strategies that drive the direction of landing pages, websites, copy, layouts and funnels that are designed to convert
Strategise with the CEO + GM Commercial how to optimize pricing tiers for growth
Performance Analysis: Develop, monitor and improve live campaigns, analyze websites and funnels and prepare performance analysis reports that identify areas of opportunity.
Digital Channel Optimization: Manage, forecast, measure, and analyze digital marketing channels to drive results.

Demand Generation: Develop and implement digital demand growth strategies.
Partner with cross-functional teams for trial conversion and activation rate improvement.
Paid Media Management: Guide paid efforts across channels, balancing growth and ad spend.
Ad Unit Optimization: Oversee ad unit development, testing, and analysis for continuous improvement.
Provide reporting to the leadership team against agreed performance measures, and provide insights on future strategies
Job Specifications:
Technical Skills: Zoho Suite(CRM), Calendar Management, MS Office/Google Suite.
A solid understanding of how Direct Response, Digital Strategy, Optimization, Sales Funnels, UX, UI, page performance, Google AdWords, SEO and Facebook Ads affect and can improve conversion rate.
Soft Skills: Documentation & Presentation, Teamwork, Organization & Analysis, Time Management & Multitasking,, Attention to Detail.
Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Marketing

| 1. Learn all tech systems and product/service offerings and target market to be effective in the position
2. Familiarize yourself with Renevik's key people team, processes, tools, and softwares (e.g., Zoho Suite).
3.Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for tracking marketing success.
4. Create a preliminary marketing plan outlining strategies and tactics for the next quarter.

60-day target
| 1. Launch initial marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., social media, content marketing, events).
2. Analyze campaign performance and make necessary adjustments.
3. Establish relationships with key influencers and partners.
4. Develop a customer segmentation strategy to target specific audiences effectively.
|
90-day target
| 1. Achieve initial growth targets, such as increasing website traffic, lead generation, and conversion rates.
2. Establish a strong foundation for ongoing marketing efforts and optimization.
3. Develop a long-term marketing roadmap with clear goals and strategies.
