You'll manage the day-to- day operations of the residence, ensuring its immaculate upkeep and seamless functionality, while also whipping up delicious meals for residents and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and cook a variety of delicious meals, considering dietary needs and preferences.
Manage all aspects of daily household operations, ensuring the smooth running of the residence.
Oversee housekeeping staff, maintaining impeccable cleanliness and organization throughout the home.
Manage household logistics, including scheduling maintenance, deliveries, and vendor services.
Coordinate with residents to understand their preferences and tailor services accordingly.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to all food safety regulations.
May assist with occasional errands or light duties as required.

Who should apply?

An experienced Sous Chef with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a high-end kitchen or luxury villa.
