DescriptionRole and Responsibilities : · Handling the shift operations which will include supplying salt to soda ash as per demand through belt conveyors conforming quality and quantity. · To manage high salt trucks movement’s which maintaining of reports. · Operation and maintenance of pumps, conveyors, vibrating screens, stacker, un loaders, weighbridge, feeders. · Managing and supervising manpower coming in shifts and getting jobs done form them. · Ensuring safety at workplace, issue of permits. · Handling of earth moving equipment’s like dozers, pay loaders etc. for salt feeding and loading. · Logging all salt work reports and maintaining documentation and reporting deviations for correction. Preferred Skills : · Trouble shooting skill · Operating SAP knowledge. · Proficient in the use of computers for maintaining data/records (MS Office) · Familiar with use of Internet and email. · Can speak and understand Hindi, English, and Gujarati. · Requires co-ordination of multiple jobs at a time
