The Opportunity:
In this role, you will represent Route Two and Scottish Power to help customers understand and transition to renewable energy solutions. This position combines direct customer interaction with strategic sales efforts, giving you the chance to develop valuable skills in a growing industry.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Customer Consultations: Meet with prospective clients to discuss their energy needs, providing tailored advice on our services.
- Product Presentations: Clearly communicate the benefits of Scottish Power’s renewable energy products, helping customers make informed decisions.
- Sales Focus: Work toward individual and team sales targets, ensuring a customer-first approach at all times.
- Outreach Activities: Identify opportunities to engage new customers, whether through recommendations, direct inquiries, or scheduled events.
- Team Collaboration: Share ideas and work closely with your team to improve outreach strategies and overall results.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re searching for someone who thrives in a people-focused role and is motivated by achieving goals. To succeed, you should have:
- Full and unrestricted right to work in the UK (we regret we cannot consider Tier 4 or PSW visas).
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a talent for building connections and trust.
- A positive, proactive approach to solving problems and meeting targets.
- Interest in renewable energy and sustainability (prior industry experience is a bonus but not required).
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or similar roles is helpful but not essential.
