Primary Role: Customer Service Job is to serve as the frontline contact between a company and its customer. CSR are responsible for addressing customer inquieries, resolving complains, providing product or service information, processing orders, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Their primary goal is to build and maintain positive relationship with customers and SALES REP by delivering exceptional service and support. Additionally, CSRs play a crucial role in the gathering feedback and insights to help improve products, services, and processes within the organization.
Key Accountabilities:
Receive and process incoming orders, returns and transfers.
Receive and respond to customers’ complaints.
Run the reports in accordance with procedures, i.e., SOMR, HOM, Unbilled report, etc
Handle inquiries regarding entered orders and technical problems related to order execution.
Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and support across various channels (phone, email, chat, etc.).
Provide general administrative support.
Share knowledge and experience related to processes and procedures.
