Responsibilities:
- Monitor cloud infrastructure and services for performance, availability, and security.
- Respond to alerts promptly, investigate issues, and take necessary actions to resolve or escalate problems.
- Participate in incident response activities, working to quickly identify and resolve critical incidents.
- Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders during incident resolution.
- Follow pre-defined Standard operating procedures to remediate alerts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, system administrators, and security teams, to address operational challenges.
- Participate in regular meetings and communications to ensure a coordinated approach to cloud operations.
- Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance and scalability.
- Monitor resource usage and report on capacity trends.
- Collaborate with capacity planning teams to ensure resources meet current and future requirements.
- Actively seek opportunities for process improvement within the cloud operations center.
- Provide support to end-users and other teams within the organization.
- Address and resolve issues in a timely manner, keeping the focus on customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other stakeholders.
- Keep stakeholders informed about the status of incidents, changes, and operational activities.
- Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions for future reference.
- Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Adapt to changes in technology, tools, and organizational processes.
- Stay flexible in handling evolving responsibilities within the cloud operations center.
- Promptly respond and resolve alerts to meet level objectives for response and resolution.
- And other duties as assigned.
Skills:
- Knowledge of major cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Private Datacenters
- Familiarity with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework, particularly incident management, problem management, and change management.
- Understanding of cloud security best practices, and compliance standards.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate activities with cross-functional teams, communicate incident status to stakeholders, and liaise with external partners or vendors.
- Ability to follow pre-defined operation procedures which include logging into and executing steps against windows and Linux servers across public and private clouds.
Experience:
- Certifications related to AWS,Azure and ITIL frameworks a plus.
- Overall 1-3 years of technology experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and customer empathy

Cloud Infrastructure Monitoring & Maintenance: |
Monitor cloud infrastructure and services to ensure performance, availability, and security. |
Optimize cloud infrastructure for scalability, reliability, and efficiency. |
Track resource utilization and assist with capacity planning. |
Perform routine health checks and maintain system performance reports. |
Collaboration and Leadership: |
Work closely with developers, system administrators, and security teams to address operational challenges. |
Participate in cross-functional team meetings to align on cloud operations and project objectives. |
Contribute to project-based tasks, including planning and execution of cloud migrations, upgrades, and optimizations. |
Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous learning. |
Process Improvement and Documentation: |
Identify opportunities to enhance operational workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs). |
Document troubleshooting steps, SOPs, and lessons learned for future reference. |
Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements. |
End-User Support: |
Provide timely and efficient support to end-users and internal teams for cloud-related issues. |
Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and effectively. |
Adaptability and Continuous Learning: |
Stay updated with advancements in cloud technologies, tools, and best practices. |
Adapt to evolving responsibilities and organizational changes within the Cloud Operations Center. |
Required Skills and Qualifications: |
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. |
2-3 years of experience in cloud operations, incident management, or related roles. |
Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and related services. |
Hands-on experience with monitoring tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Datadog, or similar). |
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. |
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a calm and methodical approach. |
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. |
Familiarity with ITIL processes and Incident Management best practices. |
Knowledge of scripting or automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python) is a plus. |
Preferred Qualifications: |
Certification in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, Microsoft Azure Administrator, or equivalent). |
Experience in project coordination or leadership roles. |
Familiarity with DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines. |
Basic understanding of security protocols and compliance standards. |
