Job Purpose
We are seeking a proactive and skilled professional to take on the role of Cloud Operations Administrator II. This position requires expertise in managing critical outages, leading incident resolution efforts, and driving operational excellence. The role also involves overseeing cloud projects and maintaining robust reporting mechanisms using tools like Excel and Power BI to ensure data-driven decision-making and stakeholder alignment.
Responsibilities:
Incident Management:
- Lead the resolution of major incidents, coordinating cross-functional teams to restore services swiftly during critical outages.
- Oversee the entire incident lifecycle, including identification, prioritization, escalation, resolution, and closure, while adhering to SLA commitments.
- Conduct in-depth RCAs for incidents, documenting findings and implementing preventive measures to minimize recurrence.
- Provide timely updates to stakeholders and prepare detailed post-incident reports, including insights and recommendations.
Project Leadership:
- Plan, execute, and oversee cloud projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to manage resources effectively and address challenges promptly.
- Drive process improvements within projects to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Generate, analyze, and present operational and incident management reports using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations to track incident trends, project progress, and operational KPIs.
- Utilize data-driven insights to support decision-making, identify improvement areas, and enhance operational processes.
Operational Excellence:
- Monitor cloud infrastructure to proactively identify and address performance issues or risks.
- Leverage monitoring tools to detect and resolve incidents before they escalate.
- Maintain and update operational and incident management documentation for transparency and knowledge sharing.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Ensure clear, consistent communication with stakeholders, including senior management, during incidents and project lifecycles.
- Build strong relationships across teams to foster collaboration and drive outcomes.
Requirements:
Experience & Skills:
- Experience Range: 3–5 Years
- Proven expertise in managing critical outages and coordinating technical bridge calls.
- Hands-on experience with incident management tools like ServiceNow, Splunk, or equivalent platforms.
- Strong reporting and data analysis skills using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure components (e.g., networks, servers, cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools is an advantage.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with teams and stakeholders.
- Leadership qualities to manage cross-functional teams and drive results in both incidents and projects.
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certification in ITIL v3/v4 or similar incident management frameworks is mandatory.
