JOB SUMMARY: This position is in Office of Air Quality Planning and Standards, Central Operations and Resources, Acquisitions and Accountability Group. MAJOR DUTIES: You will: Serve as the Contracting Officer's Representative for the purpose of monitoring financial activities, progress, and performance on contracts. Advise management and technical staff on contract issues, policies, and procedures as they relate to the organization's operations. Serve in an analytical capacity for management studies and analyses of all organizational procurement activities. Serve as a business leader, helping to ensure government contractor business relationships are mutually beneficial. You will spend 25-50% of your work time on contracts, grants/cooperative agreements, and/or interagency agreements.
