What you will do
- You will develop and support simple and complex customer and sustainability data products, utilize and enhance our leading data and insights platform, and work with our business units on our journey to better understand our customers and their needs
- Data integration and platform development: You will work with technical/IT teams and product owners along the insurance value chain (customer office, agents, brokers, underwriters, etc.) and design and implement changes and solutions required for customer engagement, behavioral analytics and sustainability analysis.
- Data Architecture: You will design and implement robust data models, scalable data architecture and solutions to support analytical and operational use cases in the implementation of customer, loyalty and sustainability data products
- Data quality and governance: You will perform data quality checks on our data sources and identify continuous improvements throughout the lifecycle of the data product.
- Security and compliance: You help to ensure that the data platform complies with data security standards, protection regulations and internal guidelines and you maintain the data platform and follow a "security by design" approach
- Complex data products: You will develop and maintain complex data products and ensure integration of new data sources in close partnershipwith various departments such as claims, underwriting, clients, agents, brokers and partners
What you bring
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in a quantitative discipline such as computer science, natural sciences, engineering, actuarial science, statistics and economics
- Experience with cloud platforms and technologies (e.g. Azure, Synapse Analytics, Databricks, Snowflake) and data quality technologies such as Informatica and Collibra
- Good knowledge of programming languages such as Python, SQL and relevant tools for data technology and visualization (Power BI)
- Ability to communicate clearly and constructively; open-minded and willing to engage in critical discussions to find better solutions
- Very good knowledge of English
