As a Work Health, Safety & Environment (WHS&E) Administrator you will be responsible for providing support to the WHS&E team and the wider business, playing a critical role in promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
How you will make an impact
The WHS&E Administrator supports the maintenance of and continuous improvement of the Dexus WHS&E system, risk programs and action plans. You will develop and implement training programs, compile WHS&E reports, and partner with the wider business on a wide range of WHS&E matters.
Main duties include:
This is a multifaceted role, where you will liaise with a range of business stakeholders to coordinate, support and deliver WHS&E excellence for Dexus. Your main duties will include:
- Maintain the WHS&E system, including data entry and record keeping
- Provide support to the business in maintaining the Dexus WHS&E management manuals in line with ISO 45001 and 14001
- Develop and rollout WHS&E training programs
- Maintain risk audit program schedule, risk registers, and ensure audit reports and documentation are appropriately filed and archived
- Participate in risk assessments, internal audits and incident investigations as required
- Take meeting minutes and ensure they are accurately recorded and distributed
- Partner with corporate workspaces representatives across the company to provide WHS&E support
- Assisting with vendor management administrative tasks, including invoice processing and contract management
- Work professionally, positively and cooperatively as part of Dexus
About You
You have previous experience in an administrative role within a multidimensional business, with a track record of supporting WHS&E functions,compiling reports, and maintaining WHS&E systems. You are comfortable liaising with various business stakeholders on WHS&E matters and thrive in a fast-paced working environment. This role offers the opportunity to grow and learn from a highly skilled and experienced WHS&E team. Your qualifications and skills include:
- Intermediate to advanced competency in MS Office programs
- Tertiary qualifications (or working towards) in WHS&E or risk management discipline
- Qualified ISO 45001 Auditor not essential but highly regarded
- ICAM investigation certification not essential but highly regarded
- Cert IV in Training and Assessment not essential but highly regarded
- Passionate about WHS&E and eager to further enhance your skills and experience in the WHS&E field within a multidimensional company
