JOB SUMMARY: This position is located in the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) Deputy Chief for Programs (DCP) Financial Programs Assistance Division (FAPD) on the Projects Branch. The Projects Branch manages national policy for the Regional Conservation Partnership Program (RCPP), Conservation Innovation Grants (CIG), Wetland Mitigation Banking program (WMBP), and the Voluntary Public Access (VPA) program. The incumbent serves as Program Analyst and is supervised by the Projects Branch Chief. MAJOR DUTIES: Provides a wide range of qualitative and/or quantitative methods for the assessment and improvement of program effectiveness and complex administrative processes/systems pertinent to the streamlining of key Farm Bill program operations.
