JOB SUMMARY: This position is located within the Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS), United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), in a Utah or Oregon State Office. The incumbent performs a variety of duties related to carrying out a coordinated natural resources conservation program to assist customers in meeting their needs and the needs of NRCS and USDA. MAJOR DUTIES: Serve as a natural resource specialist with responsibility for assisting in developing, implementing, and administering a broad-based natural resources program for the unit.
