JOB SUMMARY: The Customer Service Team Lead, leads the local implementation of local Farm Bill programs, build a long-range conservation plan, spearhead conservation working groups, and draft targeted conservation projects. The CST oversees field operations for multiple Counties, supervises local NRCS staff, and helps them grow their NRCS careers.
