About Us

A professional consulting firm headquartered in Shanghai, dedicated to helping companies build healthy and sustainable food supply chains. We assist domestic and international food brands in developing sustainable food procurement policies and consult with livestock farms to adopt safer, higher-welfare farming practices—such as non-caged poultry systems.

The company works side by side with leading industry brands including Sodexo, Wagas, Ole' Boutique Supermarket, Yang Guofu Malatang, Marriott International, Yurun Group, and Rainbow.

Role Overview

As a Sustainable Food Sales Manager, you will serve as a frontline advocate and negotiator. You will proactively engage food business decision-makers to build long-term business trust, educating and guiding them to adopt better sustainable food procurement policies (such as sourcing non-caged eggs and poultry).

This role offers hands-on opportunities to partner with leading corporate clients, shaping the future of the food supply chain while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Outreach: Prospect and open new corporate client accounts across various channels, including industry research, cold emailing, phone networking, offline client visits, and industry conferences.
Relationship Management & Advocacy: Build long-term trust with corporate decision-makers, providing industry insights, policy interpretations, and compelling arguments for sustainable sourcing.
Advisory & Implementation Services: Guide clients through full-process service delivery, from sustainable goal planning to plan execution, while connecting them with vetted upstream supplier resources.
Account Retention: Maintain existing corporate client relationships to deepen long-term collaboration and expand impact.
Travel & Meetings: Conduct remote communications and periodic on-site visits or business trips for key client engagements.

Qualifications & Requirements

This position is open to candidates across junior, senior, and management levels. Level placement, salary package, and scope of authority will be tailored based on candidate experience, major key-account management skills, track record, and team leadership experience.

We do not require specific academic degrees or industry backgrounds, but we expect candidates to possess:

Relevant Experience: Practical track record in sales, business development, key account management, or corporate communication and persuasion.
Interpersonal & Persuasion Skills: Outgoing, empathetic, articulate, and skilled at building professional networks and driving business negotiations.
Remote Work & Self-Discipline: Highly self-motivated, organized, and reliable, with the discipline to manage flexible hours and execute projects independently from end to end.
Resilience: High stress tolerance and mental toughness to stay motivated and bounce back when facing customer rejection or project delays.
Values Alignment: Genuine interest in and alignment with food sustainability, animal welfare, or supply chain innovation.
Communication: Clear, logical, and professional oral and written communication skills.

What We Offer

Purposeful Impact: Meaningful work that shapes global food systems and advances higher animal welfare standards.
Flexibility: Remote work setup with flexible working hours and travel budgeted for key client interactions.
Growth Pathways: Room for advancement into senior account management, leadership, or higher-level strategic roles within the firm.
Compensation & Culture: Competitive salary matching your experience level within a supportive, results-oriented team atmosphere.
