We assist domestic and international food brands in developing sustainable food procurement policies and consult with livestock farms to adopt safer, higher-welfare farming practices—such as non-caged poultry systems.

Role Overview
As a Sustainable Food Sales Manager, you will serve as a frontline advocate and negotiator. You will proactively engage food business decision-makers to build long-term business trust, educating and guiding them to adopt better sustainable food procurement policies (such as sourcing non-caged eggs and poultry).
This role offers hands-on opportunities to partner with leading corporate clients, shaping the future of the food supply chain while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.
Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Outreach: Prospect and open new corporate client accounts across various channels, including industry research, cold emailing, phone networking, offline client visits, and industry conferences.

Relationship Management & Advocacy: Build long-term trust with corporate decision-makers, providing industry insights, policy interpretations, and compelling arguments for sustainable sourcing.

Advisory & Implementation Services: Guide clients through full-process service delivery, from sustainable goal planning to plan execution, while connecting them with vetted upstream supplier resources.

Account Retention: Maintain existing corporate client relationships to deepen long-term collaboration and expand impact.

Travel & Meetings: Conduct remote communications and periodic on-site visits or business trips for key client engagements.
Qualifications & Requirements
This position is open to candidates across junior, senior, and management levels. Level placement, salary package, and scope of authority will be tailored based on candidate experience, major key-account management skills, track record, and team leadership experience.
