My name is Uka, and I am a focused and resourceful Public Health Professional with 4+ years' work experience, an MPH with concentrations in Community Health Promotion and Education, a BS in Public Health & Epidemiology, a BA in Chemistry and several healthcare and computer programming certifications.

In my career, I have developed a diverse track record of public health research, clinical/medical experience and extensive non-profit volunteering. Most recently, I delivered patient-first customer care showcasing skills in: medical coding, medical terminology, communication, relationship management and research.

I am currently focused on leveraging skills leadership, customer service, relationship building and public health to deliver healthcare services which exceed organizational goals and company objectives.

Key Achievements:
-Delivered clinical and electronic medical record (EMR) management for healthcare providers remotely, formulating patient notes from live video/recordings of real-life patient encounters.
-Dedicated volunteer, committing 100s of hours each year to 4+ nonprofits, including but not limited to: Race for the Cure, Health Occupational Students of America (HOSA) & Novant Health.
-Achieved a 99% error-free delivery rating to Medical Centers through familiarization with hospital departments, dedication, customer service and awareness.
