About
My dad always said that he knew I would go into IT when I was 3, because that's when the VCR stopped blinking. I'd figured out how to set the time. I built my first computer out of leftover parts when I was 9. I was de facto tech support for my family, and several family run businesses throughout high-school. In college I was president of computer club.
Working in disaster relief taught me the importance of efficiency and organization. Working in psychology taught me the importance of empathy, active listening, and how to communicate effectively. Running a small business taught me the importance of documentation and budgeting. Working in Logistics taught me how to fix more devices than I knew existed. Getting a Masters degree while working full time, and managing the lives of twins in Middle School taught me time management.
Working in Project Management utilizes all of the skills that I have had the opportunity to hone. I will continue to learn and grow at every opportunity.
