About
Climate change is often described as a “super wicked problem”; complex, global, and deeply interconnected. I’m drawn to that complexity.
Grounded in climate policy and practice, my academic work gave me a systems-level understanding of how environmental, economic, and social forces intersect. I’m particularly interested in how policy, governance, and collaborative approaches can translate climate science into practical, scalable solutions.
My interdisciplinary background is a key differentiator. Fine Arts training honed my creativity and communication, while years in hospitality strengthened my ability to collaborate, engage stakeholders, and adapt quickly. At Environment and Climate Change Canada, I leverage these skills alongside my climate expertise to support effective program delivery for the Future Electricity Fund and Decarbonization Incentive Program.
Climate work doesn’t happen in isolation, it requires translating technical knowledge across scientists, policymakers, businesses, and communities with competing priorities. That intersection is where I thrive.
I’m seeking opportunities in sustainability, program operations, climate strategy, or policy implementation where I can contribute analytical thinking, systems awareness, and collaborative problem-solving toward meaningful environmental impact.
