Great holds a bachelor's degree in Marine Science and Technology from the Federal University of Technology Akure, and is currently a master's student of Environmental Science graduate student at Oklahoma State University. He uses GIS and programming tools to analyze climate datasets to understand drivers of extreme events such as flooding and rain-on-snow events across watershed, with the aim of mitigating their impacts.
