I have completed PhD in Biodiversity and Conservation Ecology from Department of Botany, Faculty of Biological Science, Jahangirnagar University, Dhaka, Bangladesh; and MS & BSc in Forestry from Forestry and Wood Technology Discipline, Khulna University, Khulna, Bangladesh.

By this long time I have gained a lots of experiences by managing donor-funded projects of World Bank, GCF, UNHCR, FAO, FCDO, BMZ, EU, SIDA, UNCDF, WFP, ADB, UNEP, GEF, UNDP, USAID, SDC. In the previous jobs I was engaged in program/project planning, design, implementation, backstopping, coordination and management, project cycle management, project impact monitoring and evaluation, budget monitoring & procurement along with the management of partner organizations grants and contracts. While working for such reputed organizations as well as programmes/projects, I worked for project proposal preparation, strategy formulation, fund raising, knowledge management, survey, data collection & analysis and report writing to headquarters and donors, protocol with foreign delegates, donor agencies and higher officials and represent the organization & projects. I have developed partnership and strategic alliance with the local government, government departments, line ministries and national institutions, universities, NGOs, private sector and donor community. I am used to direct and manage staffing focusing on developing capabilities appropriate to the strategic and operational needs of projects/programs, develop organizations/associations, facilitate rural enterprise, technology transfer, training and market linkage in relation to livelihood development and capacity building of NGOs and key partners.
