About
I am a dedicated leader and strategist with a deep passion for climate change adaptation, governance, and community empowerment. Over the years, I have had the privilege of managing large scale projects, shaping policies, and working alongside government institutions, donors, and civil society to drive meaningful change.
Currently, as the Deputy Chief of Party for USAID Kosovo Adapt Activity, I lead efforts in climate resilience, oversee grant programs, and collaborate with key stakeholders to implement sustainable solutions. Before this, I spent years managing leadership and development programs, such as the USAID Transformational Leadership Program and the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) Compact Program, where I helped shape policies and investments in Kosovo’s energy and governance sectors.
Beyond my work in climate and policy, I have been deeply engaged in empowering women and young leaders, founding initiatives like the Association of Women in Energy and the Leadership and Growth Council. I thrive in spaces where I can build partnerships, design innovative solutions, and make an impact through research, advocacy, and strategic planning.
At my core, I am passionate about driving positive change whether through sustainability efforts, leadership development, or policy reforms. I believe in the power of collaboration and innovation to create a better, more resilient future.
