Sustainability consultant with hands-on experience in ESG reporting, GHG emissions accounting, and corporate disclosure across a 95-property public REIT portfolio. Holds accountability for Scope 1 and 2 emissions and water inventories, municipal benchmarking across 18 jurisdictions, and the annual GRI and TCFD aligned sustainability report. Authored a corporate ESG strategy for a global travel technology company with no existing sustainability program, sequencing a framework pathway to the client's capacity and proposing the architecture of a first sustainability report the company went on to publish. Prior operating experience across independent consulting, warehouse logistics, and multi-site food service, all of it spent producing the site-level data that reporting depends on, and with it the judgment to recognize a reported figure that cannot be right.
