I have spent over a decade helping organisations and the people leading them tell the stories that matters most, across non-profit, government, and the private sector. Whether that's guiding a senior executive through a high-stakes moment, building a thought leadership platform from scratch, or translating complex policy into something that actually moves people, the work has always been the same at its core: making important things legible and compelling to the audiences that need to hear them.
At TD Bank, I advise executives on messaging and reputation, lead national social impact communications reaching 64,000 colleagues across Canada, and have helped steer the organisation through some of its most sensitive public moments. Before that, I built advocacy communications for a global network spanning 40+ countries, launched a sustainability podcast reaching 16,000 listeners globally, and engaged directly with governments and civil servants on policy that mattered. As a co-founder of a nonprofit in Senegal and a longtime mentor, I'm drawn to organisations where communications connects people to purpose.
