In all of my career, I have contributed to a number of complicated initiatives. I worked at Norfolk Southern, where I repaired HVAC and hydraulic systems and high-pressure piping on diesel-electric locomotives, as well as performed mechanical diagnostics and structural repairs. At Pillar Innovations, I helped over 300 customers by fixing hardware, software, and network problems, which increased system uptime and user happiness. As the proprietor of North Star Concrete Works, I oversaw residential and commercial construction projects, managing workers, supplies, and deadlines while ensuring safety and quality.
