About
I am a passionate sustainability strategist and project manager with over a decade of experience leading initiatives that generate meaningful ecological and social impact. My career includes co-founding Costa Rica’s first organic supermarket, directing influential public-private partnerships, and developing regenerative agriculture programs that have educated and inspired thousands worldwide.
With an M.Sc. in Strategic Leadership toward Sustainability, I bring expertise in designing and implementing sustainability strategies, stakeholder engagement, and systems thinking. I excel in fostering multi-stakeholder collaborations that drive lasting positive change for both businesses and communities. My work encompasses regenerative agriculture, holistic management, and strategic planning for sustainable development.
My strong background in communications has been essential in building impactful brands and crafting purpose-driven narratives, such as those for Green Center, Costa Rica Regenerativa and Suelos Vivos. Through storytelling that resonates and inspires, I have helped organizations connect deeply with audiences and mobilize action toward a sustainable future.
