Transformation executive and strategic operations specialist with over 20 years of experience ranging from Board leadership, general management and grant writing for non-profits, ESG and community work, instructional design for training programs and distance learning, business analysis for start-ups, data analysis, executive leadership, M&A, and organizational transformation at large corporate organizations. Experienced at managing large teams as a servant leader and mentor. My passion is Sustainability and helping companies to become more conscious of their footprint on this planet.

My most recent role as Division Vice President of Operations enabled me to combine a varied skill set and education, life experiences and an inherent love to build things and create a sustainable workplace and community, all working towards the goal of enhancing people's lives. My focus is to serve as a consultative partner to all user-levels of our business, utilizing best practices, defining new and innovative process, and designing tools that incorporate data points and metrics to understand and transform our business in unique and cutting-edge ways. My experience in art, music and theatre also allows me to bring a creative touch and enables me to design and deliver original work.
