Product manager and explainer who takes complex technical systems and makes them clear, structured, and usable. I specialise in documentation, enablement, and content: writing the material, recording the videos, and building the processes that let distributed teams and external partners operate complex systems without needing me in the room. Four years at Amazon owning documentation, training programmes, and cross-timezone workflow coordination, plus earlier onboarding and enablement work in SaaS. I work asynchronously by default, coordinate across EU, MENA, and APAC time zones, and turn ambiguous problems into clear, adopted solutions. I am now looking for fully remote, async-first work in conservation, sustainability, climate, science communication, or open source, where the focus is on making things clear and organised rather than client-facing product delivery.
