About
As a sustainability and communication strategist with over a decade of international and cross-sector experience, I am driven by the challenge of developing actionable, equity-focused solutions to complex environmental and social issues. My expertise spans local government, multinational corporations, nonprofit organizations, and cultural institutions, where I specialize in fostering resilience, promoting sustainable development, and strengthening community engagement.
In my most recent role, I led the first Resiliency Assessment for the Unified Government of Wyandotte County and Kansas City, Kansas, where I provided strategic planning support and enabled data-driven decisions to strengthen community resilience. Before that, as a director, I played a pivotal role in securing a 500% increase in grant funding for the Lindsborg Old Mill & Swedish Heritage Museum, significantly amplifying its community impact and ensuring its long-term sustainability.
With a strong foundation in project management, research, stakeholder facilitation, and policy analysis, I excel at building partnerships and driving initiatives that promote sustainable and equitable outcomes. I hold an MSc in Strategic Leadership towards Sustainability from Blekinge Institute of Technology (Sweden) and an MA in Communication Marketing from Grenoble’s Institute of Business Administration (France).
