About
My work centers on water systems, sustainability, and communities, supporting organizations as they navigate infrastructure challenges while prioritizing equity, people, and long-term resilience. I focus on building practical water programs and decision-making processes that translate technical constraints into outcomes communities can understand and support.
My background spans utility engineering, water and wastewater infrastructure, and program-oriented work focused on water scarcity, environmental pressures, and public engagement. I have managed and supported capital improvement projects, treatment facility upgrades, and long-range planning efforts, while also advising leadership and translating technical constraints into shared understanding.
Across roles with municipal utilities, public agencies, and rural communities, my work has consistently focused on bridging technical systems and human systems. I work to align infrastructure decisions with community priorities, sustainability goals, and operational realities through collaboration and clear communication.
I am currently completing a Master’s in Sustainability Leadership at Arizona State University, deepening my focus on water sustainability, systems change, and the leadership required to guide complex transitions. This period represents a deliberate move toward program management and water sustainability roles built on a strong technical foundation.
