About
I currently work at United Nations - International Organization for Migration as Senior Project Assistant, Cultural Orientation. I oversee a team of Processing site Pakistan staff members undertaking cultural orientation activities in an assigned area, such as training, scheduling, childcare assistance along with supporting staff development processes such as hiring, providing training, assigning duties and giving feedback to staff members on their performance on a regular basis to ensure high quality work and the accurate completion of cultural orientation activities.
I have worked at British Council in the exams department as test day (operations) officer. I have also served as a Trainer and Facilitator with British Council and British High Commission and worked as Content writer/Specialist at an Amazon-based company. I was English Language and IELTS instructor at Berlitz International Language Center. I also have teaching and operations management experience at Headstart School. I have an MBA- Finance degree from International Islamic University. After graduation, I worked at Habib Bank Limited in the Audit office as Assistant Manager Band II. The nature of my degree and my experiences have equipped me with skills and knowledge to address analytical matters, taking initiatives, management, computer literacy, human resource management, content creation, SEO, graphic designing, inclusion, self motivational skills, and a wide range of skills and capabilities.
I am a conscientious and inclusive person who is hardworking, has a keen eye for detail, and would be grateful for the opportunity to progress in an institute with a great reputation. I have the determination, skills, patience, and enthusiasm to ensure success.
