Aditi Gupta is an accomplished sustainability, urban infrastructure, and environmental specialist with 10+ years of experience across ESG, climate change, urban planning, WASH, FSSM, municipal finance, incubation, master planning, and government advisory. She has led multi-state projects with ministries, state governments, PSUs, development partners (World Bank, GIZ, EU, UNICEF, BMGF) and corporates, delivering expertise in policy development, capacity building, climate risk assessment, GHG accounting, decarbonization, master plan formulation, solid waste management, sanitation, sewerage, water supply, AMRUT, Smart Cities, PMAY, and Jal Jeevan Mission. Aditi’s strengths span ESG reporting (GRI, BRSR, IFRS, RBI Disclosure), sustainability consulting, tendering, business development, EIA/SIA, monitoring & evaluation, capacity building, and content/report development. Her leadership roles include Senior Project Manager and Sustainability Consultant, managing Technical Support Units, national training programs, incubation centers under NITI Aayog, and climate/ESG tech platforms for banks and corporates.
