As a Stantec graduate, you will collaborate with your team and wider graduate cohort, developing your professional skills and expertise within an exciting and creative interdisciplinary environment. We offer a supportive environment for your personal and professional development through our graduate programme, technical training and opportunities to work with leading specialists across the UK.

You will join our Environmental Water Quality team, contributing to high-quality projects and applying your knowledge, initiative and analytical skills to real-world environmental challenges.

You will work on projects that assess pressures and impacts on the water environment, helping clients understand how to improve river and coastal water quality, manage catchments more effectively and develop evidence-led solutions. This may include assessing water company discharges, supporting integrated catchment management, promoting nature-based solutions and helping to deliver sustainable improvements for sensitive habitats and communities.
