Key attributes include:

· Approximately 20–25 years’ experience in environmental consulting, with a strong focus on contaminated land

· Demonstrated seller-doer success, with measurable business development and revenue growth outcomes

· Recognized leadership capability, including delegation, team development and practice growth

· Technical expertise across contaminated land remediation, regulatory compliance, EMS and environmental assurance

· Strong client engagement skills and the ability to operate as a trusted advisor

· A collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset with a genuine interest in shaping culture and long-term business growth

Compensation and Incentives

A highly competitive and flexible remuneration structure will be offered, tailored to experience and growth contribution. In addition to base salary and superannuation, this will include:

· Annual performance bonus

· Signing and retention incentives

· Revenue share arrangements

· “Growth Accelerator” bonus linked directly to practice or client base expansion

· Clear, fast-track pathway to equity/shareholding in the global EHS Support business

Professional growth and support

We provide practical support and incentives aligned with long-term leadership and growth, including:

• Paid professional memberships (EIANZ, ALGA, Engineers Australia)

• Training & development allowances

• Clear equity/shareholding path

Bring-Your-Team Option: We welcome applications from established leaders seeking to transition with staff and clients. Financial incentives and/or additional equity may be available for team-based moves.
