We’re looking for a motivated and organised Project Coordinator to join our team.

This is a role for someone who enjoys being close to the action — coordinating work on the floor, keeping projects moving, achieving quality outcomes and ensuring both the team and the client stay informed every step of the way.

About the Role

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for the execution and delivery of assigned projects and tasks, working closely with internal teams and key stakeholders.

You will:

Facilitate, coordinate and assist with the successful delivery of projects safely and ‘Quality on Time’
Liaise with workshop teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to keep work on track
Maintain a strong focus on customer service and clear client communication
Ensure forecasts, timelines, expectations, and outcomes are effectively managed
Drive the procurement program with our key suppliers
Attend project tender reviews and handovers to provide input as required.
Ensure all project data is entered into the relevant system
Support day-to-day workshop production activities where required

What We’re Looking For

Experience in a structural steel production, manufacturing, or workshop environment
Ability to read and interpret steel fabrication drawings and symbols
Strong organisational and coordination skills
Confidence communicating with both internal teams and external clients
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced setting
A proactive, hands-on approach
