Job title: Travel & Expense (T&E) Analyst

About the opportunity: Join our team as a T&E Analyst! In this role, you will support the full spectrum of Travel & Expense (T&E) processes, from suggesting standardization solutions and updating documentation to acting as the Concur application administrator and providing training. If you are detail-oriented, understand travel requirements and regulations, and have a passion for continuous improvement, we encourage you to apply.

Location: Warsaw, hybrid (8 days monthly on-site)

What you will be doing:

Support T&E activities, suggest standardization solutions, and update documentation.
Participate in T&E company projects.
Act as the Concur application administrator and main point of contact for issue escalation.
Implement travel requirements and regulations in Concur for all active subsidiaries.
Provide Concur training for users and local admins.
Prepare and create reports based on requests.
Offer advisory services regarding credit cards and liaise with providers or local contacts.
Serve as a point of contact for IT and process audits (Concur).
Provide full documentation for T&E postings and global T&E accruals.

What you need for success:

2-3 years of relevant experience in T&E or AP Accounting.
Skills in presentation and training preferred.
Knowledge of T&E reporting and processing.
Strong analytical skills, quick learner, and open-minded, with involvement in various processes and internal improvement projects.
Familiarity with Concur.
Microsoft Office skills.
Understanding of travel-related contexts.
