Our enthusiasm is to preserve the environment through sustainable energy solutions. This role will support our HSE Department for Service Offshore in Denmark, Germany and Poland.
Responsibilities
• Support sites in Offshore Service operations, improve on safety awareness and daily HSE tasks and review and update HSE documents, assist in risk assessment and standardize our way of working
• Follow up on local legislation, legal register (Red-online) and 3E chemical handling and support managing of hazard observations, near misses and incidents in the incident management system and support the incident investigations
• Creation of HSE statistics with HSE data collection and input to Monthly Status Review and support roll-out of HSE campaigns and support the realization of the yearly action plan
• Support overview on HSE "to-do" list for alignment, coordination and standardization and facilitate and coordinate a positive safety culture, HSE campaigns and Team trainings
• Support to HSE Training Matrix, standardize HSE input for onboarding and best practice coordination, trial and testing of safety equipment and support HSE by vacation, training, sickness, off-rotation or campaign periods
• Support to Audit preparation for internal, external and client audits (ISO 45001)HSE
• Support/coordination of HSE related quality problems causing safety issues, bridging support towards Quality Dep and environment reporting, alignment, data collection and coordination between Offshore Sites
Qualifications
• You have an HSE profile and are interested in joining the offshore wind energy industry
• Hold relevant education within Health and Safety, Environment/Sustainability
• Have at least 2 years of experience from a similar HSE role within wind power/energy in onshore/offshore environment
• Have experience with HSE policies, processes and management systems
• Have good IT skills, especially Microsoft Office applications, and the ability to quickly understand new systems
• Have knowledge of Risk Assessment practices, chemical management, and the implementation of appropriate control processes

• Good communication and facilitation skills towards all relevant local stakeholders
• Trustworthy and transparent with the ability to take ownership and responsibility of tasks
• Motivated collaborator and Team Player, enthusiastic and able to work with limited supervision
• Structured workstyle and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks on a daily basis
• Knowledge of HSE legal requirements in Germany
