Renewables Certification (RC) belongs to business area Energy Systems (ES) with more than 4000 people globally. RC has the global responsibility for Type Certification (TC), Component Certification (CC) and Project Certification (PC) for Renewables within ES. Currently RC consists of 300+ experts with locations in Beijing, Boston, Copenhagen, Dresden, Esbjerg, Gdynia, Hamburg, Houston, Høvik, London, Pusan, Shanghai, Taipei, and Yokohama.
RC is the global market leader in the Renewables Certification market and are involved in 80% of Project Certification for offshore wind parks including offshore substations in the world.
The Service Area Department
The Service Area department supports the delivery and development of certification services for wind power plant projects, wind turbines and components in various regions of the world. It ensures a global high-quality/consistent and efficient delivery of services independent of the RC office location. The efficient project execution is supported by the Project Management Officer (PMO). The department manages the Quality, Health, Safety, Security, Environment (QHSSE) of RC and maintains the certification services up to date to the stakeholders’ needs.
Job posting
We are looking for committed and motivated student assistants to support us in collecting, analysing and documenting lessons learned from our projects. The employee should help identify and structure valuable insights to make them usable for future projects. Ideally, the person should have an affinity for systematic work and speaks fluent English and German.
Tasks
- Collection and documentation of lessons learned from projects and key personnel
- Analysis of project work and interviewing key personnel to identify best practices
- Planning, organisation and execution of experience exchange sessions
- Presenting of lessons learned results and recommendations
- Implementing lessons learned
- Other business relevant tasks

- You're an active, engaged student who wants to dedicate their time to professional growth and learning
- You're a prospective graduate in business administration, industrial engineering, business informatics or related fields
- You have excellent analytical skills and familiar with office tools including maybe AI tools
- You have excellent communication skills and like teamwork
- You have good organizational skills
- You can work independently and take personal responsibility
- You speak fluent English and German
