AGCO is seeking a highly talented Environmental, Health, and Safety Intern to join our dynamic Environmental, Health & Safety team in Hesston, Kansas. Join AGCO’s team and make a meaningful impact on safety.
Your Impact
- Develop and implement various written programs to enhance safety.
- Assist in ergonomic assessments and improvements, ensuring a comfortable and safe work environment.
- Conduct regulatory safety and environmental audits, ensuring compliance with all standards.
- Review and develop specific training programs, equipping employees with essential knowledge.
- Conduct risk assessments, job hazard analyses, and other evaluations, proactively identifying potential safety risks.
Your Experience and Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Occupational Safety, Engineering or a related field.
- Must be registered as a full-time student and able to commute to the work location daily.
Preferred
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point.
- Strong organizational skills, allowing you to work independently on multiple projects.
- Previous internship experience or working knowledge gained from part-time jobs.
Your Workplace
- This is a full-time internship during the Summer of 2025 at AGCO Corporation in Hesston, Kansas.
- Housing and relocation will not be provided.
