1. Define and develop sustainability strategies and broaden sustainability and fundraising initiatives in conjunction with the CEO.
2. Develop projections and track actuals for fundraising campaigns/events and grants, keeping the CEO informed.
3. Grant and proposal management:
• Compile and submit/present funding proposals - local and international.
• Develop, implement and monitor proposal tracking system and policies and procedures for areas of accountability.
• Monitoring and evaluation.
• Grant applications aligned to the SABMR budget.
• Grant reporting.
• Sponsorships
4. Work closely with the CEO and Finance Team to cost contain (Cost savings the P and L)
5. Create new-, identify potential- and enhance current relationships at executive level.
6. Implement sustainability initiatives in conjunction with the communications team.
7. Conduct in-depth, local and international research using networking tools, publications, database management, e-searches etc.
8. Manage internal and external communications.
9. Manage trusts, legacies and bequests or similar and other benevolent organisations.
10. Project manages revenue and expense budgets.
11. Work in close association with team member/s and facilitate people development to reach the The company's goals.
12. Assist Medical Director and Deputy Director to produce Strategy and Business Plan for the company annually.
13. Develop Corporate Image (Cl) for the company on an ongoing basis and make necessary adjustments.
14. Perform other duties, as and when so requested, in support of team goals.
