Education required: Undergraduate studying Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university, open to any relevant Engineering discipline
Other requirements: Must be enrolled at a SG university for the duration of your internship and doing a full-time credit-bearing internship
Language requirement: Written and spoken fluency in English

Our ambition on sustainability is to reduce our carbon emission by 80%, energy usage reduction by 30%, hazardous waste by 30% and attain zero operational waste. To understand and reduce current process and equipment impact on climate (CO2 emission) and Nature (water consumption and waste generation).
What will you do?
The area of focus will involve one or more of the following area of works, aligning with the business needs:
Preparation for certification or climate reporting: LEEDS, ISO 14001 or 50001, Sustainability reporting
Improve System efficiency in the areas of: Energy use and water
Decarbonisation of diesel for steam generation
Waste Reduction and/or recycling
The works you will be involved in will include data collection, understanding and analysis and proposals.
What will you learn?
Be involved in aimprovement project or supporting in a project initiative that will enable you to:
Understanding about design, cost analysis, environment impact reduction, ROI etc
Acquire skillset in project management, financial analysis and/or process design
What are we looking for?
A strong interest in sustainability and willingness to learn about the pharmaceutical industry
Strong written and oral communications skills
Excellent English proficiency
A keen interest in production
Meticulous, organized, and dedicated
Interested to learn on how to deliver the new technology solution for improving the reliability of equipment for plant operation
Apply his/her knowledge of engineering and learn soft skills in engaging different stake holders to deliver a project.
