With genuine career progression this position suits someone who is looking to kickstart their career and work in a diverse role that gives exposure to a global business. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the implementation of the Group’s social and ethical audit program for our operational sites, including stakeholder engagement, training, monitoring and reporting.
- Representing Group Sustainability in various forums including those relating to new product development, supplier assessments and inputting on human rights related matters.
- Providing support to the Sustainability Manager – Human Rights in the development and integration of social and ethical sourcing practices across the Group including tools, guidelines and training for our employees and our suppliers.
- Assessing suppliers to determine how they align to the Group’s risk appetite and approach to respecting human rights.
About You
You have recently completed a degree in an area relating to one or more of the following fields: sustainability, international studies, social sciences, human rights, law, ethical procurement or business management. If you’re eager to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where your curiosity and problem-solving skills can shine, this could be the role for you. You'll be at the forefront of tackling global challenges like modern slavery and corporate responsibility, learning to navigate both local and international legislation while influencing real business decisions.
